I have waited WEEKS for my sunglasses. I ordered the sunglasses on Dec 23rd with an expected delivery date of Dec. 30th or 31st. Needless to say I didn't recieve my sunglasses. I contacted the company on Jan 2nd and I was told that there was logistics issue and my package was set for shipping on Jan 3rd. I reached out on the 7th asking were my glasses were. Instead of letting me know, I was sent a partial refund of 10 dollars( Thank you and appreciate that but were are my glasses). I finally recieved my glasses to on January 10th after they were mailed out on January 8th. I love the glasses but very dissappointed with the delivery time.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for your sunglasses, especially given the initial expected delivery timeline. To clarify, we aimed to address your concerns promptly, as our response time to your inquiries has been consistently less than an hour.

Additionally, when we identified the shipping delay, we refunded the $10 shipping cost
(vs $6 that was paid)without you needing to ask. While we absorbed the $30 cost to ship your glasses overnight to expedite delivery, unforeseen logistics issues during the busy holiday season—combined with weather conditions—caused delays that were beyond our control, delivery time was 12 days excluding sundays and closures

We deeply regret that this situation detracted from your overall experience, but we’re happy to hear that you love the sunglasses. We hope they bring you many moments of joy and style, and we appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process.
